Pre-order Shipping & Processing

Please allow up to 14 business days for all PRE-ORDERS to process. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays).
After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.
Shipping takes between 2-3 business days
After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All packages will have to be signed for upon receiving from USPS.
